" I highly recommend anyone reading this review to consider all other options than TaxiCode. Reasons include are as follows: 1. I originally booked a transport journey for 10 individual via 12 seater mini-van for £416.50. The journey covered a journey leg for a total of 52 miles. Soon after the booking, I was advised the 12 seater is no longer available but the company offered me two six seaters for the same price. After short consideration, I declined the offer as there were much more competitive prices using Uber or Bolt for £280. However, I was called back a few moments later by TaxiCode and wad advised the 12 seater is now available. The following day, our group decided to move the initial pick up time 30 mins earlier where I was advised of a £10 charge. This £10 charge i found ridiculous given it was more than 24 hours before the journey and simply a money making scheme. Moving on to the date of the travel TaxiCode sent two seaters to the pick up point!!! Clearly, I was told a lie and it was too late to cancel or make other arrangements. TaxiCode have also profited over £120 of market prices. I want this refunded ASAP. If I wanted two six seaters I would have arranged a Uber. I was also told by the driver a 12 seater would be sent on the return leg 2. Another complaint to raise is on the return trip, no one contacted me to confirm the latest on pick up times, driver contact number, car registration, or the location of the pickup point at the airport. I was doing all the chasing and appalled by the service. Furthermore, no 12 seater was sent, but rather another set of six seaters. The drivers were also later by 20 mins, where I was told one car needed petrol refilling. This demonstrates the poor planning skills by the company compounded by the lies mentioned above. To conclude, I want £120 refunded. Shamit "
